Brenda Cochram Kirk

Boonville Mrs. Brenda Cochram Kirk, 65, passed away quietly at her home, Friday, August 24, 2012 after a long battle with cancer. Mrs. Kirk lived for the Lord and was an active member of Charity Baptist Church in Boonville. Mrs. Kirk is survived by her loving husband, Rodney Levi Kirk; four sons, Ronald David Watts, Wayne Edwin Watts, William Edgar Watts, Kenneth Lee Kirk; one daughter, Pamela Shayne Anderson; step children, Regina Diane Kirk, Penny Denise Kirk, and the late Reba Lynn Kirk; seven grandchildren, Wesley Ryan Watts, William Levi Watts, Joshua David Kirk, Adriene Watts, Justin Watts, Kierstyn Lianne Kirk, and Ryan Tyler Anderson; and one great grandchild, Sadrean Brenn Watts. A funeral service will be conducted Sunday, August 26, 2012 at 2:00PM at Charity Baptist Church with Rev. Eddy Driver officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6:00 to 8:00PM at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. The family wishes to thank the staff of Mtn. Valley Hospice for the love, care, and support shown to them and Mrs. Kirk and to everyone for the prayers and love that helped them get through this difficult time.
