Connie Samuel Rogers

Rogers Yadkinville - Connie Samuel "Sam" Rogers, 53, passed away Sunday, September 9, 2012 at Woltz Hospice Home. He was born July 3, 1959 in Forsyth County to Connie Mack Rogers and Nancy Holder Rogers. Sam served in the United States Air Force. He was an avid RC Airplane hobbyist. In addition to his parents, he is also survived by his sister, Julia Rogers Brandon; brother, Wayne Rogers; niece, Lori Rae Brandon; children, Mathew (Kaitlin) Rogers, Nathaniel (Elyse) Rogers, Katie Headings, Nicole (Jeremy) Kurland; grandchildren, Brianna Headings, Dayton Kurland. There will be a private memorial service held at a later date. The family would like to thank Yadkinville Home Health, Woltz Hospice Home, and Yadkin Dialysis for all the love and care shown to Sam.
