Brown Yadkinville - Locksley Ceborn Brown, 74, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2013. He was born December 26, 1938 in Yadkin County to the late Ceborn Paul Brown and Laura Elizabeth Williams Brown. He enjoyed farming and also paint & body repair. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Edith Pardue, Katie Lee Swaim; brother, Charlie Frank Brown. Surviving are his wife, Cindy Smith Brown; children, Gloria Diane (Joel Cornelius) Brown, Russell Gray (Susan) Wright; grandchildren, Nick Andrew Allred, Laura (Keith) Pack; step grandchildren, Brittany Renee Evans, Curtis Wayne Evans; great grandchildren, Caitlin Pack, Garret Pack; sisters, Blanche Adams, Ethel Marie Wood; brothers, Leo Brown, J. Roger (Jackie) Brown. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Sunday, January 6, 2013 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. His graveside service will follow at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Yadkinville Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery by the Rev. Steve Swaim.
