Mary Frances Whitaker

Hamptonville Mrs. Mary Frances Freeman Whitaker, 62, passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mrs. Whitaker was born January 5, 1951 in Surry County to Jacob and Nadine Felts Freeman. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Whitaker was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Lee Whitaker. She is survived by two children, Lisa (Isaac) Gonzalez and Marty (Stacy) Whitaker; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and two brothers, Glen (Frances) Freeman and Ronnie Freeman. The family will receive friends Saturday February 16, 2013 from 3:00 to 5:00PM at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville.
