Era Richardson Vanhoy

Vanhoy Jonesville - Era Marie Richardson Vanhoy, 82, passed away Sunday, February 17, 2013 at Westwood Hills Nursing Home. She was born April 12, 1930 to the late Clayton and Verlie Stroud Richardson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Delmar Marion Vanhoy; great granddaughter, Gracie Branon; sister, Edith Richardson; brothers, Leroy Richardson, Lester Richardson, Weldon Richardson, Webb Richardson, Junior Richardson. She is survived by two children, Wayne (Kathy) Vanhoy and Regina Bell; four grandchildren, Lane (Sherry) Wilkins, Melissa (Tim) Branon, Scott (Ashley) Tucker, and Wesley Bell; two great grandchildren, Tyler and Shawn Branon. A graveside service will be held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at Swaims Baptist Church Cemetery by the Rev. Wesley Smith. The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, prior to the service, at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Jonesville, which is serving the family.
