Luther "Jeff" Jefferson Blevins

Luther Jefferson "Jeff" Blevins, Sr. passed away Wednesday February 20, 2013 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He was born March 20, 1967 in Forsyth County to Norris Lee Blevins, Sr. & Hilda Heath Blevins. He was preceded in death by his father, a sister Nadine Blevins. Surviving are his wife Amy Matthews Blevins, his mother Hilda Heath Blevins; children Amanda Blevins, Luther Blevins, Jr., Garrett Blevins, and Verne Blevins; three brothers Norris (Sharron) Blevins, Jr., Aaron (Lisa) Blevins, Craig (Angela) Blevins; five grandchildren; special sister and brother-in-law Kay Shore, Pete Phinney. The family will receive friends from 1-2 PM Saturday February 23, 2013 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville.
