Maude Current Wallace

Harmony Mrs. Maude Lucille Current Wallace, 89, passed away Sunday, May 05, 2013 at Iredell Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Wallace was born May 7, 1923 in Iredell County to Lesley and Molley Wooten Current. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wallace was preceded in death by two daughters, Brenda Huffman and Tonda Eades; two sisters, Ethel Harris and Adia Tomlin; and three brothers, Avery, Clay, and Paul Current. She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Charles Buford Wallace; three children, Diane Chapman, Wayne Campbell, and Carol Mader; two stepsons, Mike & Dale Wallace; one brother, James Current; sixteen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at 3:00PM at Hebron Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church sanctuary.
