Allen Mocksville - Grady Wilson Allen, 66, passed away Thursday, May 9, 2013. He was born August 10, 1946 in Davie County to the late Leo Gray Allen and Edna Howard Allen. Surviving are his wife Patricia "Pat" Kiger Allen; daughters, Lori (Frank) Nifong, Shelly (Todd) Corvin; grandchildren, Spencer Nifong, Grayson Nifong, Matthew Busbee; brothers, Billy Allen, John (Doris) Allen, Ronnie (Kathy) Allen. His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 13, 2013 at Gentry Family Chapel in Yadkinville by the Rev. David Stetler. Burial will follow at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church in Mocksville with Military Honors by the Memorial Honor Guard. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, May 12, 2013 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville, which is serving the Allen family.
