Hazel Noblett Morrison

Yadkinville Mrs. Hazel Noblett Morrison, 84, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2013 at Elkin Healthcare. Mrs. Morrison was born April 18, 1929 in Fries, VA to Mack and Girtha Lyon Noblett. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Morrison was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Luther George Morrison. She is survived by a daughter, Linda (Gayle) Pardue; a granddaughter, Marty (Marty) Ferrell; and a great grandson, Jake Ferrell. A graveside service will be conducted Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at 11:00AM at Island Ford Baptist Church cemetery with Rev. Paul Shore officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:30AM prior to the graveside at Gentry Funeral Service in Yadkinville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 612 Pasteur Dr. #409 Greensboro, NC 27403. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of Elkin Healthcare and Dr. Allbright for all the love, care, and support shown to Mrs. Morrison.
