Brenda Benton Snow

Brenda Benton Snow, 65, passed away Tuesday may 28, 2013 at Woltz Hospice Home. She was born November 5, 1947 in Surry County to the late Thad Monroe & Ruby Nell Hinshaw Benton. She was a member of Charity Baptist Church. She loved working in the gardens with her husband; she also loved her flowers, hummingbirds, and also yellow finches. Mrs. Snow was preceded in death by her parents, and an infant sister. Surviving are her husband John D. Snow, three sons Bryan (Jackie) Snow, Jason (Tracy) Snow, and Nathan Snow; three grandchildren Bryson Snow, Kayla Snow, and Jonathan Snow; two sisters Chris Parker and Sandy Bates; one brother Larry Benton; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends. The family will receive friends from 11:00 - 1:00 PM Friday May 31, 2013 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. Her funeral will be conducted at 1:00 PM Friday May 31, 2013 at Gentry Family Chapel by Rev. Eddy Driver. Burial will follow at Charity Baptist Church.
