David Clayton Garner

Garner Yadkinville - David Clayton Garner, 64, passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2013. He was born January 20, 1949 in Yadkin County to the late Robert Lee "Bob" Garner and Audrey Vanhoy Garner. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Eddy Windham. Surviving are his wife, Alease Shelton Garner; daughter, Sherri Garner; grandchildren, Amy Windham, Wink Windham, James Windham, Bryan Windham; sister, Laura Vanhoy; brother, Bobby (Conni) Garner; mother-in-law, Mary Lou Shelton. His funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday, June 14, 2013 at Branon Friends Meeting by the Rev. Eric Morrison and the Rev. Hewey Parrish. Burial will in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Friday prior to the service at Branon Friends Meeting. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Garner family.
