Robin Yvonne Driver Carey, 56, passed away Sunday October 6, 2013. She was born June 7, 1957 to the late Junior and Helen Dockery Driver. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Tony Driver, aunts and uncles Robert and Katie Holyfield, Albert and Peggy Driver, Jackie Lee Dockery, Junior and Dorothy Weldy. She is survived by a daughter Hope Curry; sister in law Teresa Scales; two nieces Casandra Scales and Sharay Scales; special Uncle Frank Myers; aunts and uncles Alice Sue (James) Reece, Oliver Buddy Dockery, Henry and Margaret Driver, Claude and Gloria Driver, Inez and Ted Tilley, Lorene Murphy and David and Vicky Taylor; two God daughters Astrid Strothers and Skyajah Strothers, a Godson Anthony Clay and Matthew Harris; special caregivers Libby wagoner, Lenora Vestal and Holy Benge. A memorial service will be conducted 1:00 PM Wednesday October 9, 2013 at Gentry Family Chapel. The family would like to say special thanks the staff at Blue Ridge Family Medicine and Dr. Reynolds, and Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center for the loving care given to Mrs. Carey.
