Kent William Casstevens

Boonville Mr. Kent William Casstevens, 64, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2013 at his home. Mr. Casstevens was born November 1, 1949 in Surry County to Frank and Mary Holcomb Casstevens. In addition to his parents, Mr. Casstevens was preceded in death by a brother, Gordon Casstevens. He is survived by his wife, Bobbie Casstevens; two sisters, Johnsie Fletcher and husband Tom and Kay Stinson; a brother, Marshall Casstevens and wife Emma; several nieces and nephews ; and a K-9 Companion, Sassy. A funeral service will be conducted Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 2:00PM at Gentry Funeral Service Chapel in Yadkinville with Rev. Don Collins and Rev. Allen Barker officiating. Burial will follow at Mitchells Chapel UMC cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00PM at Gentry Funeral Service.
