Ireland Randleman - Tony Lazzarie Ireland of 5542 Randleman Road, Randleman passed away peacefully in his home on Sunday, December 22, 2013, surrounded by family. A native of Yadkin County, North Carolina, he retired from High Point sprinkler. He was an avid fisherman and loved to ride his motorcycle with his brother Herman. He is preceded in death by parents, Harve and Susie (Ashburn) Ireland; Brothers, Odell, Herman, and Ray; Sister, Margaret Swaim. Surviving are daughters, Jodi I. Nelson (Alan) and Patti Edwards; grandchildren, Zachery and Aubri Nelson, Brittany & Taylor Dye; great grandson, Brody Pless; Sisters, Edith Swaim, Stella Staley, Peggy Flynn; along with many nieces and nephews; and very special friends, Bobbi Steele, Mike Coltrane, & Jack Haynes. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday, December 28, 2013 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. His graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, where he was a member. Roland Shepley will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to hospice of Greensboro Palliative Care. Gentry Family Funeral service in Yadkinville is serving the Ireland family.
