Fields Yadkinville- James Ray Fields, 55, passed away Wednesday January 23, 2014 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born March 8, 1958 to James Ray fields, Sr. and Sybil Crooks Fields. He is preceded in death by his father. Surviving are his mother; a sister Debbie Roberts. A graveside service will be conducted 1:00 pm Saturday January 25, 2014 at Mitchell's Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery by Rev. John Pillsbury.
