Daniel Webster Harris

Harris Jonesville- Mr. Daniel Webster "Dan" Harris, 74, of South River Ridge Road passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital. He was born August 24, 1939 in Yadkin County to the late Eb and Fannie Long Harris. In addition to his parents, Mr. Harris was also preceded in death by his wife, Rosie Harris, and by several brothers and sisters. Surviving are his children, Janie and Jeff Cox, Traphill; Jimmy and Shirley Harris, Jonesville; Jeff and Wendy Harris, Jonesville; Debra Harris Royal, Traphill; grandchildren, Leah Gray, Dewayne (Kim) Hanlin, Falisha (John) Gregory, Shyann Harris, Dylan Harris, Hope Harris, Brittany Hall; 2 great-grandchildren, Mark Stotler, Cain Hall and Kali Hanlin. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 AM Friday at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Jonesville. A graveside service will follow the visitation at 11:00 AM Friday in Fall Creek Baptist Church Cemetery by Rev. Don Hudson.
