William Jase Owen Jones

Boonville Ms. Caressa Louise Perry, 27, and her infant son, William "Jase" Owen Jones, passed away Friday, March 7, 2014 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Jase was born Friday, March 7, 2014 in Forsyth County to Stephen Joel Jones and Caressa Louise Perry. A funeral service for Caressa and Jase will be conducted Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 2:00PM at Gentry Funeral Service Chapel in Yadkinville with Rev. Chris Vogt and Pastor Kendall Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Boonville Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00PM at Gentry Funeral Service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Yadkin County Humane Society, PO Box 220 Yadkinville, NC 27055. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the Fall Creek Fire Department, Yadkin County EMS, and the staff of WFBMC ICU 5B North Tower for all the love, care and support shown to Caressa and Jase during this difficult time. They would also like to thank all of Caressa's customers and friends for the thoughts, phone calls and prayers.
