Gracie Belle Wilkins Snow

A loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother Gracie Belle Wilkins Snow, 91, passed away Friday April 25, 2014 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born September 28, 1922 in Surry County to the late Butler D. Wilkins and Lou Martin Wilkins. Mrs. Snow was a member of Boonville Baptist Church for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Arlie Lee Snow; a daughter Arlene Wilmoth; a son James Arlie Snow; two sisters Minnie Hutson and Eva Wilhelm; two brothers Lawrence Wilkins and Climon Wilkins. Surviving are a daughter Frankie (Jim) Morrison; five grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Sunday April 27, 2014 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. Her funeral will be conducted at 2:00 PM Monday April 28, 2014 at Gentry Family Chapel by Rev. Ken Boaz. Burial will follow in the Boonville Cemetery. The family would like to say a very special thanks to the staff of Yadkin nursing center especially Bill, Tim, and Patrick for the loving care given to Mrs. Snow.
