Kathleen "Sis" Wagoner

Kathleen "Sis" Wagoner went home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 7, 2014. Kathleen was of the Baptist faith. She was a member of Swaims Baptist Church. She worked at Hanes Knitting and also taught reading at West Yadkin School. Kathleen "Sis" was known and loved by many and will be greatly missed. Preceding her in death were her parents Hubert and Kate Hemric; husband Wilmoth "Dick" Wagoner. Kathleen is survived by her sister Judy griffin of Boonville; brother Charles (Minnie) Hemric of Boonville; nieces and nephews Darry (Debbie) Groce of Boonville, Barry (Michelle) Groce of Boonville; Charles E. Hemric Jr. (Tanya), Vickie Hemric (Keith) Cain; great nieces and nephews Dustin (Mindy) Groce, Lindsey Groce, Dustin Hemric, Daniel Hemric, Ashley Cain, April Cain; great- great nieces and nephews Beth (Paul) Woodruff, Sarah Michael Williams, Lucas Zamore, and Joshua Drane. Her funeral service will be conducted oat 2:30 PM Sunday July 13, 2014 at Gentry Family Chapel in Jonesville by Rev. Tim Tucker and Rev. Aaron Misenheimer. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Sunday. Burial will follow at Swaims Baptist Church Cemetery. The family would like to thank all the staff at Yadkin Valley Community Hospital and all of Kathleen's caregivers throughout her illness and United Hospice the CNA'S and RN's Darlene and Tommy Swaim, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Groce, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Comer.
