Elizabeth Nifong Adams

Adams Yadkinville - Elizabeth Ann Nifong Adams, 80, went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 15, 2014. She is Clothed with Strength and Dignity and She Laughs without Fear of the Future. Proverbs 31:25. Elizabeth was born April 4, 1934 in Davidson County to the late Raymond Glen Nifong and Mary Lois Sink Nifong. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carlie Leo Adams; brother, Doyle Nifong. Surviving are her children, Carla (George) Phillips, William (Robbin) Adams, and David (Peggy) Adams; eleven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and one on the way; sisters, Frances Atkins, Nancy (Jerry) Johnson, Susan (Charles) Heath; brother, R G (Donna) Nifong. Her memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 23, 2014 at Grace Bible Church by the Rev. Junior Thompson and the Rev. Michael Thames. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. at Grace Bible Church. Memorials can be made to Grace Bible Church, 5100 US Hwy 601 N, Yadkinville, NC 27055.
