Aubrey Allen Lee

Yadkinville Mr. Aubrey "Buddy" Allen Lee, 79, passed away Thursday, August 21, 2014 at his home. Mr. Lee was born November 16, 1934 in Botetourt County, VA to Amos and Lillie Barnett Lee. He served in the US Marine Corps during the Korean War. In addition to his parents, Mr. Lee was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. He is survived by five children, Barbara Perez, Joseph Lee, Brandi Lee, Adam Lee, and Jessica Govea; fifteen grandchildren; one great grandchild; four sisters, Glenda Jennings, Shelby Harper, Juanita Duvall, and Frances Drewry; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted Sunday, August 24, 2014 at 3:00PM at Gospel Way Baptist Church with Rev. Eric Davis officiating with full military honors provided by Yadkin VFW Post 10346 and NC Marine Honor Guard. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
