Marjorie Pinnix Brannon

Brannon Hamptonville - Marjorie Pinnix Brannon, 92, passed away on Monday, September 22, 2014 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born February 12, 1922 in Yadkin County to the late J.D. Pinnix and Kate Swaim Pinnix. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Wilson Brannon; sister, Esther Reece. Surviving are her daughter, Patricia "Pat" (Dalton) Coram; grandson, Kevin Coram; several nieces and nephews. Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 25, 2014 at Marler Road Baptist Church by the Rev. Randy Johnson. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Marler Road Baptist Church. The family would like to thank Forsyth Medical Center 5th Floor CICU and Hugh Chatham Hospital for all the love and care shown to Marjorie.
