Richardson Yadkinville - Jerry Lee Richardson, 70, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2014. He was born February 10, 1944 in Surry County to the late Raymond Franklin Richardson and Josie Arlene Marshall. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sons, Terry Richardson, Ernie Richardson; granddaughters, Hope Richardson, Cynthia Vestal; sister, Cathy Neal. Surviving are his wife, Jackie Wall Richardson; children, Sherry (Steve) Hutchens, Cindy Hutchens, Michael (Amanda) Richardson, Renee Martin, Annette Richardson; grandchildren, Amanda Richardon, Michael Pinnix, Whitney Quesinberry, Brandon Martin, Anna Adams, Cameron Richardson, Matthew Richardson, Dustin Southard, Haley Richardson, Norma White, Shawn Richardson; great grandchildren, Mallori Pucket, Michael Pinnix, Jake Pinnix, Olivia Quesinberry, Skylar Quesinberry, Cayden Richardson; sisters, Nancy (Charles)Kinyon, Mary (Alton) George, Helen (William) Casey, Shirley Whitaker; brothers, Gary (Carol) Richardson, Donnie (Linda) Richardson; several nieces and nephews. His funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 14, 2014 at Redeeming Grace Baptist Church by the Rev. Junior Wall and the Rev. Danny Poindexter. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. He will lie in-state 30 minutes prior to the service. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday, December 12, 2014 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville, which is serving the Richardson family.
