Peggy Myers Windsor

Hamptonville Mrs. Peggy Irene Myers Windsor, 82, passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Yadkin Nursing Center. Mrs. Windsor was born June 30, 1932 in Yadkin County to the Roy and Agnes Vestal Myers. She was a member of Hunting Creek Friends Meeting. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Windsor was preceded in death by her husband, Emory Arnold Windsor. Mrs. Windsor is survived by two daughters, Cathy Jo (Billy) Sprinkle and Linda Windsor; a grandson, Jared Sprinkle; an aunt, Ruth Vestal Davis; and several relatives and special friends. A graveside service will be conducted Friday, January 2, 2015 at 11:00AM at Hunting Creek Friends Meeting with Rev. Bob Blake and Rev. Fred Sener officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hunting Creek Friends Meeting. The family wishes to thank the staff at Yadkin Nursing Center for all the love, care, and support shown to Mrs. Windsor.
