Hoots Hamptonville - Pamela Lynn Chandler Hoots, 53, passed away Friday, January 2, 2015. She was born February 16, 1961 in Yadkin County to James Franklin Chandler and Avon Hudson Chandler. She was a member at Believers Baptist Church. Pamela was preceded in death by her father, James Chandler; brother, Tim Chandler. Surviving are her mother, Avon Chandler; children, Patricia (Jeffery) Hague, Jimmy Hoots, Jr. (Brandie Shore); grandchildren, Tyler Hoots, Jaelyn Tilley, Elizabeth Pozo, Darion Hague; sisters, Beverly (Mark) Bryant, Vicky Hutchens; brother, Mitchell Chandler; special friend, Jimmy Hoots, Sr.; nieces, Allison (Tommy) Beamer, Kasey Bryant, Karie Ann Bryant, Rachel Chandler, April Bryant, Gracie Ann King; nephews, Justin Hutchens, Hunter Bryant, Austin Hutchens. Her funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at Gentry Family Chapel by the Rev. Dean Chandler and the Rev. Randy Johnson. Burial will follow at Asbury United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville, which is serving the Hoots family.
