Brenda Adams Adkins

Adkins Ronda- Brenda Adams Adkins, 67, of Bagley Springs Road passed away Sunday, January 4, 2015 at her home. She was born February 28, 1947 in Surry County to the late Lonnie and Eva Inscore Adams. Ms Adkins was a member of Bethel Baptist Church, but had attended Marler Road Baptist Church in Hamptonville, as long as her health permitted. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her son, David Adkins and by a brother, Eddie Dean Adams. Surviving are her sister, Edna Adams Money of Mocksville; her brother, Don Adams and wife, Peggy of Jonesville; and several special aunts, nieces, and nephews. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 AM Wednesday at Gentry Family Funeral Service on Little Mountain Road in Jonesville. Her funeral service will follow the visitation at 11:00 AM on Wednesday in the Gentry Family Chapel by Rev. Randy Johnson. Burial will follow in the Marler Road Baptist Church Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Marler Road Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 4433 Collins Road, Hamptonville, NC 27020.
