Roger Paul Casstevens

Casstevens Hamptonville - Roger Paul Casstevens, 78, passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2015. He was born December 8, 1936 in Yadkin County to the late Oscar Paul Casstevens and Minnie Riley Casstevens. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Jean Walker Casstevens. Surviving are his children, Amy Casstevens, Mitch Casstevens; grandchildren, Lucas McEntire, Kristen McEntire; great grandchild, Kimber McEntire; sister, Ann (George) Moseley; nephew, Edward Moseley; niece, Brennan Stewart. His funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 9, 2015 at Mountain View Baptist Church by the Rev. Tim Tucker and Allen Walker. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Mountain View Baptist Church.
