Oscar Hackett Hutchens

Oscar Hackett Hutchens, 77, passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2015. He was born August 12, 1937 in Surry County to the late William and Rosa Hutchins Hutchens. Mr. Hutchens enjoyed watching Nascar. He is preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Ruth Ann Hutchens, two sisters and on brother. Surviving are a son Benjamin Hutchens (Dawn Boose), a daughter Angela (Terry) Smitherman; grandchildren Dylan Hutchens, Bryceson Durham, Madison Hutchens, Makayla Hutchens, Jared Heath; a sister Laura Frady; three nieces Ethel Stewart, Mary (Mark) Pierce, Charlene Bernasek.
