Lyman Lamar Brown, Sr.

Salem, VA Mr. Lyman Lamar Brown, 78, passed away Thursday, January 15, 2015. Mr. Brown was born January 16, 1936 in Wilkes County to Lamar and Ivy Welborn Brown. In addition to his parents, Mr. Brown was preceded in death by two siblings, Lorene Vaughn and Avalon Brown. He is survived by three children, Keith (Kathy) Lyons, LaDonna Brown and Lyman (Stacy) Brown, Jr.; two grandchildren, Sydney and Zachary Brown; three siblings, Tim (Nancy) Brown, Elaine (Robert) Ferguson, and Jimmy (Brenda) Brown; special friend, Beth Keen; and two K-9 companions, Baby Girl and StormyLu A graveside service will be conducted Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 2:00PM at Dennyville Baptist Church with Rev. Joel Riley officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00PM in the church.
