Norman Dale Haynes

Mr. Norman Dale Haynes, 83, of Jonesville NC went home to be with the Lord and Savior on April 1, 2015. He was born in Yadkin County on August 28, 1931, the oldest child of Pernie Bray Haynes and Finley Haynes, who preceded him in death, as well as sister, Carol Bryant and a nephew, Dwayne Bryant. Norman was a patriotic man, who loved his country and was proud to have served in the U.S. Air Force during Korean War. He was retired from Chatham Manufacturing Company, after many years of service. He enjoyed working on his farm and having breakfast with his Bojangles friends. He was a life-long member of Fall Creek Baptist Church. Norman was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Left to cherish his memories is Evelyn Stanley Haynes, his wife of 62 years. Their son, Richard Dale Haynes and wife Elaine of of Denver NC, granddaughter Allison S Berman, Huntersville, NC, and grandson, Jonathan Steelman, Hamptonville NC. Visitation will be held Friday, April 3, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Fall Creek Baptist Church, just prior to the service at 2 p.m. in the church sanctuary. Burial will be in the Fall Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to: Fall Creek Baptist Church Building Fund, at 3380 Fall Creek Church Road, Jonesville NC 28642.
