Glenda Gale Shaw Shores

Glenda Gale Shaw Shores, 70, passed away Thursday April 30, 2015. She was born January 8, 1945 in Surry County to the late Carl and Audrey McCann Shaw. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Stephen Shores. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Surviving are her children Sonya Tate, Eric Shores, and Daryl Shores; grandchildren Erin Tate, Shaw Shores; one sister Sandra (Chris) Henstock; three brothers Michael (Joy) Shaw, Brent (Ella) Shaw, Jeffrey (Kim) Shaw; two nieces Megan Shaw, Carly Shaw; four nephews Jason Henstock, Colin Henstock, Matthew Shaw and Bradley Shaw. The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 3:30 PM Sunday May 3, 2015 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Jonesville. A memorial service will be conducted at 3:30 in the Gentry Family Chapel at Jonesville following the visitation by Bob Balsdon. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Jonesville is serving the Shores family.
