Sue King

Hamptonville Mrs. Sue Money King, 72, passed away Sunday, May 17, 2015 at Westwood Hills Nursing Center. Mrs. King was born July 14, 1942 in Yadkin County to John and Beulah Cook Money. In addition to her parents, Mrs. King was preceded in death by her brother, Johnny Money; and a nephew, Marty Anderson. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Charles Nevern King; two sons, Larry (Christine) Noble and Lee (Lisa) Noble; two step daughters, Melissa King and Julie (Tom) Santuccio; grandchildren, Zachary King, Maya and Evan Santuccio, Olivia Simmons and Raven Banner; one sister, Nancy (George) Turnage; sister-in-law, Edna Money; a nephew, Jon (Leslie) Robinson; two nieces, Victoria (Steve) Dimitrious and Julie (Mark) Niswonger; great nieces and great nephews, Athan & Gabriella Dimitrious and Laila & Madison Niswonger. A funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 2:00PM at Gentry Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Patty Choplin officiating. Burial will follow in Asbury United Methodist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00PM at Gentry Funeral Service in Yadkinville. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association 3800 Shamrock Dr., Charlotte, NC 28215.
