Vance Robert Calloway, Jr.

Calloway Boonville - Vance Robert Calloway, Jr., 76, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Yadkin Nursing Care Center. He was born June 5, 1939 in Yadkin County to the late Vance Robert Calloway, Sr. and Minnie Hazel Pendry Calloway. In Addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Minnie Mae Calloway. Surviving is his sister, Betty Jo (Thomas) Harding. His funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at Northwood Baptist Church by the Rev. Allen Barker. Burial will follow at Mitchell's Chapel United Methodist Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Northwood Baptist. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Calloway family.
