Linda Jenkins Burnett

Burnett Dobson - Linda "Kay" Kathleen Jenkins Burnett, 69, passed away Monday, June 29, 2015 at her home. She was born August 14, 1945 in Surry County to the late Clyde Lonzie Jenkins and Sallie Luffman Jenkins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Toby Daniel Burnett; grandson, Adam Mendenhall; sister, Edith Sneed. Surviving is her husband, Raleigh Walter Burnett; daughters, Sheila Rena Burnett, Cindy (Robbie) Mendenhall; granddaughter, Katie (Josh) Andrews. Her funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 2, 2015 at New Grace Baptist Church by the Rev. Randy Johnson. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville, which is serving the Burnett family.
