Frances Williams Hutchens

Hutchens Yadkinville - Frances Lucille Williams Hutchens, 91, passed away Sunday, August 23, 2015 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born April 30, 1924 in Yadkin County to the late Ralph Williams and Minnie Spillman Williams. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Cornelius Hutchens; children, Mabel Hutchens, Billy Joe (RosaNell) Hutchens; sisters, Nancy McCann, Sarah Lee Williams; brother, Charlie Williams. Surviving are her children, Patsy Adams, Charlotte (Randy) Brooks, Gary (Jeanne) Hutchens, Minnie Kay (Mike) Southern, Ronnie (Vickie) Hutchens; sisters, Ruby Cranford, Shirley Baity; brothers, John Thomas (Linda) Williams, Junior (Marie) Williams; 13 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren; 19 great great grandchildren; her beloved dog, Elvis; and several nieces and nephews. Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Solid Rock Baptist Church by the Rev. Robert Wiles and the Rev. Jim Jarvis. Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Friends Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Solid Rock Baptist Church.
