Jeanettie Virginia Marshall Layell

Ms. Jeanettie Marshall Layell went home to be with the Lord on August 29, 2015. She was born on January 3, 1940 to John Everett Marshall and Pauline Hayes Marshall of Surry County. Ms. Layell is preceded in death by her parents John Everett and Pauline Marshall; her two daughters Mrs. Kathy Nance and Mrs. Debbie Young. She is survived by her daughter Phyllis Darnell; three brothers Wayne (Jessie) Marshall, Warren Marshall, and Wade Marshall; sister, Janice Marshall; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted at 4:00 PM Tuesday September 1, 2015 at Mulberry Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery by Rev. Bobby Jones. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the family.
