Violet Cranfill Hauser

Hauser Hamptonville - Violet Lee Cranfill Hauser, 88, passed away Sunday, September 13, 2015 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born on August 30, 1927 in Yadkin County to the late Lonnie Ellis Cranfill and Jettie Lee Anthony Cranfill. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Nancy Hauser. Violet retired from Yadkin Valley Telephone after 35 years of service. Surviving are her husband, Allen Hauser; children, Susan (T. Junior) Bobbitt, Rockey Hauser; grandchildren, Christopher (Sandra) Bobbitt, Courtney (Ben) Baity, Jaimie (Brooks) Kasopsky, Amanda Hauser; great grandchildren, Ethan Bobbitt, Emilee Bobbitt, Emerson Kasopsky. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at Flat Rock Baptist Church by the Rev. Joey Tomlin. She will lie in-state 30 minutes prior to the service from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville.
