Russell Walter Morris

Mr. Russell Walter Morris, 68, of South Center Church Road passed away unexpectedly, Monday, September 21, 2015 at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital. He was born December 20, 1947 in Grafton County, New Hampshire to the late Walter Blake and Greta Cross Morris. Mr. Morris worked for several years in New Hampshire on his dairy farm and as a HVAC and Plumbing Contractor. While living in North Carolina, he worked as a self-employed building contractor, enjoyed working with his donkeys and his Paso Fino horses. Surviving are his loving fiance', Barbara Brown, of the home; the mother of his fiance', Iva Lucille Gordon, whom she loved as her own son; his sisters, Connie (Henry) Sanville and Marylynn (Ron) Aldrich both of New Hampshire; several nieces and nephews; and several close friends and neighbors. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:30 PM Thursday, September 24, 2015 at Gentry Family Funeral Service, on Little Mountain Road in Jonesville.
