Jerry Wayne Adkins, Jr., 22, passed away Tuesday October 13, 2015. He was born December 12, 1992 in Yadkin County to Jerry Wayne Adkins, Sr. and Melissa Barker Martinez. He was preceded in death by his father Jerry Wayne Adkins, Sr. Surviving are his mother Melissa Barker Martinez; two sisters Trista Adkins and Allissa Martinez; Fiancée Brianna Simpson . The family will receive friends from 10 - 11 AM Friday October 16, 2015 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. His funeral will follow the visitation at 11:00 AM Friday in the Gentry Family Chapel by Rev. Chris Hauser. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Adkins family.
