Haynes Jonesville - Minnie Ruth Holbrook Haynes, 75, passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at Baptist Medical Center. She was born March 16, 1940 in Wilkes County to the late James Monroe Holbrook and Naomi Wood Holbrook. Surviving are her husband Alton Hobert Haynes; children, Brian Haynes (Karen Lowe), Todd (Barbara) Haynes, Karen Haynes, Kevin (Courtney) Haynes; grandchildren, Lucas Haynes, Macy Haynes, and Mackenzie Haynes. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 6, 2015 at Gentry Family Chapel in Jonesville by the Rev. Robert Norman and the Rev. Roger Groce. Burial will follow at Sunrise Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. one hour prior to the service on Friday at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Jonesville, which is serving the Haynes family.
