Shelby Blankenship Hinsdale

East Bend - Shelby Blankenship Hinsdale, 75, passed away Thursday, December 3, 2015 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born January 23, 1940 to the late Richard Blankenship and Kathleen Mounts Blankenship. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Hinsdale; brothers, James Blankenship, Julius Blankenship, Woodrow Blankenship, Louis Blankenship, Franklin Blankenship, Bobby Blankenship; sisters, Augusta Hicks, Mandy Thomas, Julia Thistle. Surviving are her sisters, Brenda Haynes, Patricia Hatfield, Priscilla Gooslin; sister-in-law's, Judy Blankenship, Doris Blankenship, Reba Blankenship, and Ruby Blankenship. Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 6, 2015 at East Bend Friends Meeting by the Rev. Brandon Fiedler and the Rev. Bobby Choplin. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. one hour prior to the service at East Bend Friends Meeting.
