Iva Lea May Adams

Iva Lea May Adams, 83, passed away Sunday December 6, 2015. She was born November 16, 1932 to the late John and Julie May. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Odell Adams, a sister Kate Parrish. Surviving are a cousin John (Pat) Wilcox; nephew J P Adams; great niece Dawn (Jackie) Hunter; great great nephew Ryan (Karen) Disher and their five kids. The family will receive friends from 1-2 PM Tuesday December 8, 2015 at New Hope Baptist Church in Hamptonville. Her funeral will be 2:00 following the visitation at the church by Rev. Bert Mathis. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice PO Box 1267 Yadkinville, NC 27055. The family would like to thank all of her caretakers who cared for her at her home, Yadkin Nursing Center, Forsyth Neuro ICU and Forsyth Palliative Care Unit for their excellent care.
