Lois Mae Gough Pardue

Lois Mae Gough Pardue, 84, passed away Thursday February 18, 2016. She was born January 9, 1932 in Yadkin County to the late John Martin and Nina Sizemore Gough. Mrs. Pardue was retired as Secretary for G&B Oil Company and was a member of Flat Rock Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Carlie B. Pardue; great granddaughter Lauren Brown; brother Buddy L. Gough. Surviving are her three daughters: Carol (Tommy) Brown, Linda (Marty) Minton, Tammy Pinnix; grandchildren: Jeff (Melissa) Brown, Michelle (Jamie) Stiles, Brock Minton, Leslie (Justin) Large, Brittany (Travis) Leonard; great grandchildren: Lexi Brown, Karli Brown, Will Stiles, Weston Stiles, Walker Stiles, Shaley Minton, Emma Leonard, Olivia Large; step great grandson Landon Leonard; sister: Mary Wilmoth; brothers: Gilbert Gough, Paul Gough, Jerrell (Linda) Gough, Bobby (Jackie) Gough; sister in law: Ellen Gough; several special nieces and nephews . The family will receive friends from 3-4 PM Sunday February 21, 2016 at Flat Rock Baptist Church. Her funeral will be conducted at 4:00 PM Sunday following the visitation at Flat Rock Baptist Church by Dr. Joey Tomlin. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
