Susan Jane Bowman Wagoner

Susan Jane Bowman Wagoner, 68, passed away Wednesday March 2, 2016. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother she loved her family. She was born April 4, 1947 to the late Abner G. Bowman and Wyla Needham Bowman. She was a member of Yadkinville United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters Louise Rule, Sandra Babbit; three brothers Giles Bowman, Abner "Buck" Bowman, Joe Bowman. Surviving are her husband of 45 years Charles Wagoner; a son Jonathan (Lisa) Wagoner; a daughter Kristin (Nathan) Snow; four grandchildren Nathaniel Wagoner, Joanna Dewitt, Reagan Snow, and Rachel Snow; two great- grandchildren Alex Dewitt and Cameron Dewitt. The family will receive friends from 10:00 - 11:00 AM Saturday March 5, 2016 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. A graveside service will be held at 11:30 AM Saturday March 5, 2016 at North Oak Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery by Rev. Tim Roberts. The family would like to say a very special thanks to the staff at Pruitt Health Care, Hugh Chatham Hospital, and Woltz Hospice Home for the loving care given to Mrs. Wagoner.
