Montine Driver Childress

Boonville Ms. Melissa Montine Driver Childress, 52, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2016 at her home. Ms. Driver was born November 12, 1963 to William Henry and Margaret Brown Driver. She enjoyed riding horses and spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Ms. Driver is survived by her daughter, Magan Driver (Joe Neal); three grandchildren, Kyler & Kayden Jessup, and Kolby Neal; a brother, Tim (Cyndi) Driver; two nieces, Kara (Matt) Renegar and Kinsey Driver; one great nephew, Hudson Renegar; and husband Gary Childress. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00AM Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at Gentry Family Chapel in Yadkinville with Rev. John Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Boonville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00AM prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mtn. Valley Hospice SECU Hospice Home of Yadkin 320 W.
