Canaan Orion Crocker

Yadkinville Infant Canaan Orion Crocker, 4 months, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Canaan was born February 12, 2016 in Forsyth County to Autumn Holbrook and Cody Crocker. In addition to his parents, Canaan is survived by his grandparents, John Holbrook, Amanda Holbrook, and Michelle & Phil Duggan; great grandparents, Art Russell, Eve Russell, and Judith & Ted Gambill; aunts and uncle, Angie Mastin (Paul Sloan), Tyler Holbrook, and Ashley Crocker. He was preceded in death by great grandparents, Johnnie Holbrook, and Bertha & Elmer Barber. A memorial service will be conducted Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 11:00AM at Charity UMC in Elkin with Rev.
