James Michael Zimmerman

Yadkinville Mr. James "Michael" Wallen Zimmerman, 56, passed away Friday September 23, 2016. Mr. Zimmerman was born September 29, 1959 to Joyce Horton and the late James Harold Zimmerman. Mr. Zimmerman enjoyed riding his horses and motorcycle. In addition to his father, Mr. Zimmerman was preceded in death by his adoptive father, Kenneth Terrell Wallen. Surviving are his wife Pat Talley Zimmerman; his mother Joyce Wallen; his children Andria Lynn (Wesley) Auman, Michelle Wallen (Russell) Bogue, Bryan Zimmerman, Logan Salley, Olivia Salley; grandchildren Faith Bogue, Gracie Bogue, Gatlin Zimmerman, Cole Auman, Caden Auman; two sisters Monica (Todd) Whicker, Brenda (David) Dawson; four brothers, Shelby (Tomika) Wallen, Jamie (Kim) Zimmerman, Eric (Lori) Zimmerman, and Bret (Rebecca) Zimmerman; several nieces, nephews and many special family members. A funeral service will be conducted Thursday, September 29, 2016 at 2:00pm at Gentry Family Chapel with Pastor Dan Pavalansky and Chris Pavalansky officiating. Burial will follow at Yadkin Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00pm at Gentry Funeral Service in Yadkinville prior to the service.
