Johnson Mt. Airy - Timothy “Timmy” Michael Johnson, 59, passed away at Forsyth Memorial Hospital on Tuesday November 15, 2016. Mr. Johnson was born September 14, 1957 to the late Robert Ester Johnson and Hazel June Hess Johnson Berze. In addition to his parents, Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by a brother Tony Morgan Johnson; father-in-law Jesse James Hardy; and step father Ronald Berze. He is survived by his wife Darlene Hardy Johnson; children Jesse Michael Johnson; Melanie (Jared) Sizemore; and Thomas Paschal; granddaughter Reagan Sizemore; nephew Brandon Berze; niece Tiffany Hardy; brother, Mark Berze; mother-in-law Gracie Taylor Hardy; brother-in-law’s Dean Hardy and Vance Hardy; sister-in-law Teresa (Robert Lee) Welborn.  A funeral service will be conducted Saturday November 19, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. in the Gentry Family Funeral Service chapel Yadkinville with Pastor Ray Hudson officiating. Burial will follow at New Home Methodist Church in East Bend. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville.  “Timmy” will always be remembered for his love of riding his motorcycle and for his wood working skills.
