Marilyn Speedy Fischbeck

Yadkinville Mrs. Marilyn Anna Speedy Fischbeck, 85, passed away Friday, November 25, 2016 at Yadkin Nursing Center. Mrs. Fischbeck was born March 14, 1931 in Cleveland, Ohio. She enjoyed sewing, spending time with her family and working on their blueberry farm. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Fischbeck was preceded in death by a daughter, Laura DeHart; and a sister, Alice Jaksa. She is survived by her husband, Louis Andrew Fischbeck; one son, Laurance Schlueter; grandchildren, Greg (Holly) Russell, John (Amy) Russell, and Kristen Schlueter; great grandchildren, Cade, Ryder, Paisley, and Merrick Russell, & Wyatt and Samuel Russell. The family will hold a private memorial service to honor Mrs. Fischbeck. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of Yadkin Nursing Center for the loving care shown to Mrs. Fischbeck.
