Shawn "George" Grose Kingrea

Yadkinville Mrs. Shawn “George” Crystal Lynn Grose Kingrea, 45, passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at Woltz Hospice Home. Mrs. Kingrea was born January 6, 1971 in Mercer County West Virginia to Eddie and Bootsie Farmer Grose. She was a member of Peace Haven Baptist Church and the “I Can Cope” support group. Mrs. Kingrea enjoyed gardening and making jewelry. She was a wonderful mom to her two children. Mrs. Kingrea was preceded in death by her brother, Billy Ray Grose. She is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Barry Dwayne Kingrea; two children, Summer and Ty Kingrea; a sister, Rita (Kirk) Cleary; a brother, James (Sandra) Grose; and niece and nephews, James (Sherri) Grose, Joshua (Kayla) Grose, Kirk Cleary and Lily Cleary. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00AM, Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Peace Haven Baptist Church with Rev. John Bowman, Rev. George Evans, and Bro. Mark Lenderman officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00PM at Peace Haven Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mtn.
